To the students who long for glory, to the confused people at the crossroads, to the heir of civilization who has scratched a record of pride in the human history sheet. Student identity is awakened by self-image as a religious, social, intellectual and dynamic person. This is reflected from the role of student function that is imprinted in "Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi." Roles and positions in the perspective of national and state life are a discourse labeled with intriguing local wisdom throughout the life dynamics of being a student. Therefore, being a student does not mean that it is only required to study in the classroom, but more broadly than that. They must also be able to have a soul winarsih both in holding student institutions and follow research activities and community service. Student institution is very important for students as a forum for learning to develop themselves both in the context of organizational, leadership, professional, managerial to talent interests. The purpose of its establishment is as a miniature to create an internal governmental institution of campus with the aim of assisting the achievement of the vision of the university. In addition, the purpose of the existence of student institutions is as a forum for learning to think critically, have opinions, idealism and open mind and instill critical culture and social sensitivity in criticizing policies both in campus and government. One of the executive student institutions is the set of students. The set of students is an internal organization that is formed as a forum for students in channeling creativity and talent in both academic and non academic fields as a forum for political learning through the organization. The set of students is formed also has a purpose to develop its members in terms of forming an intellectual person, dedicating that based on independence and professional and full of responsibility. In the set of students must have a work program in each cabinet in accordance with the vision and mission. However, we need to note at this time, sometimes programs that have been run tend to get out of the vision and mission at the student body. The set of students who should run a program that is progressive to the students, it runs a program that is only fun or rah-rah and has no essence such as organizing music events, events less useful races and others, called student event organizer (OE). This is what makes the set of students need to be highlighted and get a lot of attention if it organizes it. Should not be the set of students create an event whose purpose for existence because it is very important also the existence of a set of students. The set of students must frequently conduct studies, social relationships and balanced events to introduce forms to audiences about student groups. If there are too many events, finally there is the title "BEM (Badan Event Mahasiswa)."
